Delivery terms

• Minimum order: 10 ₼
• Delivery fee: 3 ₼
• Delivery is free on orders over 30 ₼

The estimated delivery time is 30–45 dəqiqə. It can vary with the size of the order, the distance to your address and how busy we are.

During peak hours, in bad weather or when roads are closed, delivery may be delayed. In such cases we call you.

Orders are accepted every day between 11:30–23:00. Orders placed outside these hours are processed when the next working day begins.

We deliver within the city of Baku. To check whether your address is inside the zone, call +994 50 123 02 01 before ordering. Addresses outside the zone may carry an extra fee or may not be served at all.

The courier calls you on arrival at the address you gave. Please check the contents when you take the order — that lets us solve any problem on the spot.

If the courier cannot find you at the address and your phone does not answer, the order may be returned.
