Privacy policy

We collect only the data needed to accept and deliver your order:

• first and last name;
• contact phone number;
• delivery address and, if you pin it on the map, coordinates;
• the contents of the order, its total and the payment method;
• your notes about the order.

When you create an account, only your name and email address are taken from your Google account. Your password is never sent to us and is not stored by us.

We do not collect, see or store your card number, expiry date or CVV code. Online payment takes place on the secure page of a licensed payment provider (epoint.az). Only the result — whether the payment succeeded — is returned to us.

• to accept, prepare and deliver the order;
• to contact you about the order status;
• to confirm payment and keep accounting records;
• to improve the quality of our service.

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties for advertising.

Data is shared only with the parties needed to fulfil the order: our courier (name, phone, address) and the payment provider (payment amount and order number). Where the law requires it, data may be provided to authorised state bodies.

Order data is kept for the period set by law for accounting and warranty obligations. Data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS) and stored in a database with restricted access.

You have the right to see, correct or request deletion of the data concerning you. To do so, call +994 50 123 02 01. When you delete your account, your profile data is deleted; order history may remain in anonymised form because of accounting requirements.

The site uses only the technical cookies needed to work: remembering your cart and your sign-in session. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

If this policy changes, the updated text is published on this page and the effective date is updated.
