Terms of use and public offer

The site is intended for ordering and delivering ready-to-eat food online. Orders are accepted only during opening hours — every day 12:00–21:00.

Prices shown in the menu are in Azerbaijani manat (₼) and include VAT.

• Minimum order: 10 ₼.
• You can order as a guest or by creating an account.
• Giving a correct phone number and address is the user’s responsibility. We are not liable for an order that could not be delivered because of incorrect details.

The contract is considered concluded once the operator confirms the order.

Payment can be made in two ways:

• Cash — to the courier when you receive the order;
• Card online — on the secure page of a licensed payment provider.

An order paid online is prepared only after the payment is confirmed. If the payment is not completed within the set time, the order is cancelled automatically.

We are responsible for the quality and composition of the food. If you have an allergy or an individual intolerance, please tell us by phone before ordering.

In circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, road closures, power cuts) delivery may be delayed; we will inform you.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy.

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation and, failing agreement, in court.
